Weight HELP

HOW DO I LOSE WEIGHT?!

I work 8-4 every day and have a special needs kiddo. I also JUST had two surgeries on my back and can’t have super strenuous work outs. Honestly I also just don’t have the time.

When I was younger I had an eating disorder so “counting calories” is a bit of a trigger (I know I know, it’s “that” word.).

I don’t know what to do anymore. I want to lose weight. I want to be healthy. Idk how.

Do pills work? Do I just eat basically nothing? My mother keeps yelling about keto. Have any of you had any luck losing weight in ways other than strenuous exercise and calorie counting?

Ps- I weight 250. I want to be 190 again. One day maybe 150 like I’m “supposed” to be.
