Thyroid Medicine

I was put on low dose thyroid medicine for TSH levels. I’m almost 17 weeks and they have had to lower my dosage once and I got blood results back today and they are still below what they’d like to see.

My question is has anyone started thyroid medicine in early pregnancy and then come off it during pregnancy at some point? Any adverse side effects? Just weary about stopping a medicine mid pregnancy.
