Tw? depression n stuff
I always get super depressed on my period since I started the pill (we still need to talk to my dr about it) so that makes my depression worse. Plus right now I feel like my moms cheating on my dad, I have a shit ton of school, and a I have boy issues going on as well. Trying to look on bright side I guess... I’ve been working out and being positive about my body, and hopefully have broke my ED cycle. :) anyways...YOU ARE NOT ALONE. You do fucking matter. Keep focusing on the good and do things that distract you. That’s my number one coping mechanism. Watch YouTube/Netflix/Hulu whatever, bake, journal, color, paint, go on a drive, go outside, exercise, take a bath...the list goes on. I believe in you and you are valid. That’s all.
