Do you think I’m pregnant ?

According to my app it says I’m 3 weeks and 3 days pregnant on Tuesday I had implantation bleeding for about 4:5 hours and it went away the same day ... afterwards I’ve been noticing egg white discharge or white discharge.... when should I take my pregnancy test ? My cycle is suppose to come on April 8th . I ovulated on March 25 which is the same day me and my partner had sex ... about 3 times and he nutted in me each time .... ...?
