Starting Famera for unexplained infertility

My husband and I have been trying to concieve #2 for almost 2 years. I had two back to back losses right after we started trying and haven't had a positive since. My last miscarriage was Dec 2019😔 we had all the tests and I see a naturopath who specializes in fertility- she found I was insulin resistant( no PCOS) but I corrected that with diet. Other than that everything is perfect. We've done two unemedicated iui's and this month I started 2.5mg Letrozol without IUI. Waiting until April 5th to test but not hopeful. Next month we start the full meds. 5mg letrozol, Ovadril, IUI and progesterone.

Anyone had success with this when there seems to be no cause for the infertility? I had my daughter when I was 34- no problems with conceiving, and am now just turned 37.

I do have fibroids that aren't interfering, but I'm a bit worried the letrozol will make them grow
