She just had diarrhea for the first time 2 weeks ago and has been complaining about belly aches.

Just yesterday she started screaming when she had to pee like when she had a UTI. We increased her water intake & it quit burning, and now today she says it’s tickling her every time she pees, but has also hurt her twice so far

We tried to schedule an appointment with our primary yesterday but they’re booked and won’t take her in

She’s had 2 UTIs before, one in February last year and one in December and ever since if she doesn’t drink enough water it’ll burn her when she pees, but goes away once she drinks enough water

Could this current episode maybe just be a bout of cystitis? I’m going to buy UTI test strips from the store in a bit, and if it says positive then I’m going to have no choice but to take her to an emergency doctor. I just have never heard of a UTI “tickling” ???
