Meat for HEME IRON
Ladies, My protein is mainly from chicken and fish. But lately, I discovered I have anemia and need iRon so bad. I’m taking supplements but I think it is not enough.
I tried to eat Beef Brisket today to add Heme iRon to my body. I’m 7weeks and I have to do everything for the best of my baby.
When I eat beef, I feel great like I don’t feel dizzy or fainting or shaking except it comes with severe anxiety that I’m gonna have a heart a attack because I eat meat. I only eat the lean part. And have meat twice a week for the last two weeks. But I think about heart attack too much that I don’t wanna eat anymore. My heart is getting tight.
FYI: I’m 5’5ft. 11lbs in early 30’s.
My family has history of Hypertension that’s why 8yrs ago, I decided to cut off Beef and Pork at a very young age.
I know everything needs to be in moderation but my anxiety is just killing me. 😞
I need to feel better. Not seeing my OB until next week for first US appointment.
