I recently bought a house and I close on Tuesday. Our realtor royally messed up some things (long story) but he offered to repair the wood siding out of his own pocket. The house is in another town so I haven’t seen the repairs yet. They finished today. Even though I haven’t closed yet, would I be able to go look around the house tomorrow? It’s unoccupied. I don’t have keys yet but I can walk around the outside and see the wood siding they repaired. Or would that be considered trespassing since I haven’t closed yet?
