Hello has anyone had success with Letrozole?

Yes! First cycle for me! Currently 6 wks 2 days

Me! Took 6 rounds of clomid all failed then got pregnant with my son naturally. So, when we wanted baby number two (and because I don’t ovulate on my own) I was dreading doing more clomid, but my obgyn had me try letrozole and it only took 2 rounds!! Now 31 weeks with baby number two. Side effects were very minimal too which was nice. My only suggestion is to take ovulation tests too because I ovulated very late each cycle I did and if I had just stuck to when normal ovulation occurs I would have missed it!

My baby is both a letrozole and a clomid baby so I’m going to say yes lol. I had to take both in order to ovulate because neither one made my ovulate on their own. We did four cycles of that combo and I conceived cycle 1, cycle 3, and cycle 4. The first two pregnancies sadly ended in miscarriage and I’m 12+4 from cycle 4!

Yes, I have PCOS and had success with letrozole on the second round. I had twins.

Yep, twice! Once on first try and little boy is 3 this week ❤ and the next time it worked on second try and ended in misscarriage at 9 weeks, but not because of the letrozole! Good luck:)
