Pad recommendations? Heavy flow

I have a extremely heavy flow (I’ve seen a dr nothings wrong with me and birth control isn’t option for me) I’ve been wearing always overnight maxi pads and they are so uncomfortable it makes it hard to sleep because I feel like I’m wearing a diaper.

TMI but I just had a miscarriage and I have to wear pads because of it and I haven't worn a pad since I was like 13, well my sister bought me the Always infinity flex foam pads and they are magical. They handled my heaviest bleeding and keep me dry through the night, highly recommend

I’ve had some good experiences with this brand of organic pads. They have a very large variety. Great fir if your looking for a thin but absorbent pad. They make one super long over might pad wich I occasionally have to use a d that thing is crazy long lol- maybe a little too close to diaper for you- but the company is worth a look! I also use Always and 7th generation
