Hormones, pms, menstrual cycle after ectopic pregnancy

If you've had surgery for an ectopic pregnancy how long did it take you to get your period and did you experience continuous spotting?

On February 25th I had surgery for a ruptured ectopic pregnancy and had my right tube removed. On March 23rd I started spotting and my usual pms symptoms. Today is April 4th and I've been spotting every day since March 23rd but no period. These pms symptoms are driving me crazy. I feel like a teenager going through puberty all over again. 😣

Does anyone have any suggestions/remedies/recommendations to balance out your hormones?
