Are freckles normal?
My 9 month old has developed 2 freckles. One on his neck and one completely under his armpit. He’s hardly ever in the sun and when he is he has sunscreen on/is covered. Is it normal for babies this young to develop freckles? I do not have a lot of freckles, but my husband kind of does.
