I just saw my ex who is a cis male on tinder. And in his bio he put that he is a non binary cis male. Is that correct? He’s never even given me the vibe of being gender fluid and is not super knowledgeable of those terms. Are cis and non binary able to be used together?

It’s up to the individual to define their gender. Typically non-binary isn’t considered cis, however if that’s how he identifies them that’s his gender.

I don't think the terms are typically used together but maybe that's how he identifies, like they are ok with you using pronouns they/them or he him? Or they are saying they were born a male but identify as non binary?? That's a question you would have to ask the individual
