Vaping- chest pains?

I’ve been vaping for about 2 weeks. I quit two days ago because I noticed that I was having chest pains randomly and it scared me. I’ve noticed the chest pain has persisted. I have terrible anxiety so I’m not sure if it’s that or something else? Not sure if I could have done lung damage in such a short amount of time vaping.

I doubt you’ve actually done any damage, but smoking in general can definitely cause some chest pain. It’s probably making your lung and chest tights which is quite uncomfortable. I’m sure you’re okay, but I’d check with a doctor and they can explain long term risks and maybe it’s something you should change up if it’s causing you psychical discomfort! I vaped for 6 years and have had many check ups and my lungs and chest are completely healthy, thankfully. I quit due to being pregnant, and I’ve noticed a big positive change in how I feel!

Any amount of vaping causes damage. Good you stopped. But anxiety sounds like a big part.
