Texture Skin Product recommendations

Hi all, so I’ve been getting some textured bumps on only one of my cheeks. I usually have smooth skin but I’ve fallen back on my skincare the past year. As I’m trying to get back to it I need product recommendations for texture like bumps that you could recommend. I heard great things about the Sunday Riley Good Genes but I would like to know other products that could work that isnt as pricey.

For context I have oily skin, acne prone, and sensitive skin.
