Mira or ovusense

Emma

I'm thinking of buying some technology to help me figure out whats going on with my cycle. Think I'm perimenopausal as cycles are all over the place. I wondered if anyone has any experience of using either mira or tempdrop or any other tracker? And if so, which one might be best under the circumstances? They all seem to mention pcos but not perimenopause.

I like the idea of mira telling ne whats going on with my hormones, but the initial outlay isn't cheap abd then you have to keep buying the sticks, which is going to get expensive with a long irregular cycle!

Ovusense seems a bit more reasonable, even though you have to subscribe. And I've read reviews, seems to be good. But I wonder how successful the predictions will be for me under the circumstances?

Actually wiukd love to buy both if I could bear to part with the money! Any thoughts of experiences from others would be much appreciated!
