Did you carry your toddler whilst being pregnant with #2?

I am 18 weeks now With my second pregnancy and my first born wants to get carried around all the time.
Before I got pregnant we did dancing courses with her in a carrier and she loves dancing with me.
Now it's getting very exhausting and I try to avoid carrying her. 
Is it dangerous to lift the toddler to much?

It’s not dangerous unless you have a medical reason to be put on restrictions. But it’s exhausting!

I’m a stay at home mom to a 21 month old and I’m
28wks pregnant. I carry my toddler all the time and have my entire pregnancy just as I have before I got pregnant. It is exhausting and doesn’t make my back
Feel the best but it’s not dangerous, especially if you were doing that before you got pregnant!

It’s perfectly fine to carry your toddler. Your body is already used to carrying that weight around. It’s the same thing with women who weight lift they can continue because they’re used to it. Someone who hasn’t though shouldn’t start.

During my second trimester not so much. I was always in pain and it was difficult for me to lift her. But 1st and 3rd trimester, almost all the time when she wanted

22 weeks pregnant with a 25 lbs 1 year old who isn't walking yet lol just exhausting but my doctor said fine to pick up

I’m 29 weeks, our son is 33lbs and I still lift/carry him but only occasionally because it’s getting towards the end. I know the weight limit you should be carrying changes the further along you get but honestly you know your body and if I felt I was over doing it carrying him I wouldn’t but as his momma I got hold and snuggle my little guy 🥰

My 2.5 year old is pretty petite for her age (she’s currently 26lbs) so I don’t mind carrying her however if we’re at the store (the only place we really go anymore) and I don’t have the energy to then I’ll just have her sit on the handle of the cart while I push it and hold her (she hates being anywhere else in the cart and sometimes even throws a fit about touching the cart and not being fully held) but my body can’t handle the extra weight so I tell her she either does it that way or not at all. She gets over it and lets me just hold her on the cart 🤷🏻‍♀️
