Does this look concerning??

I’m 18 and have health anxiety. Today I saw this on my neck I can’t tell if it’s a pimple it’s not itchy and I think it’s a bit pink cause I’ve been touching it. It doesn’t hurt but stings a tad (probs from me touching). It comes out a little from the skin but I’m so scared it’s cancer. What do u think I’m freaking out.

Yeah looks like a pimple to me . I would try not to be touching it all the time . Put some lotion on it to help or itching cream .

Looks like a deep pimple/cyst. Definitely not a concern to me but if it is to you then go get checked out
