What does it mean tho I wonder? And what steps will my dr take next? Are cysts bad? And does the one follicle measurement mean that’s all I’ve got left?

You have a cysts on your left ovary. I have 3 on my left ovary. Your doctor needs to find out if it is cancerous then they will decide if it needs to be removed. Sorry to say but a lot more dr. Appointments to figure it out. Good luck
