My 20 year old sister lives with my parents, my other siblings and I have gotten married and moved out.

She’s a full time uni student and works casual in retail. Since she started University and working she barely does anything around the house. She will sometimes do the dishes and vacuum maybe like once a week, and only after being told repeatedly by our mom. She really doesn’t do anything else because her reason is she’s busy with studies/tired from work. She does keep her own bedroom spotless though.

What would be the bare minimum you’d expect from your 20 year old?

Edit: I actually wrote this post because my parents are really fed up with her not doing anything around the house unless asked to 50 times. She always complains about our mum being dirty, not being to her standard, yet never cleans up herself. I get studying and working is hard, but don’t be rude to our mom if you won’t even help out. Oh and also she gets out of bed at 12pm and watches tv, but the second my mom asks her to do chores she makes an excuse that she has assignments.
