Yesterday 4/6/21 was the day of my first period this year. I had taken a pregnancy test in February and it was negative. Yesterday I had the worst cramps ever, I usually don’t get menstrual cramps. I passed a few blood clots. This morning when I went to change my tampon I noticed a big blob. TMI but I picked it up using gloves and it looked like a sac. I took a picture of it next to a tampon for size comparison. Could it be a miscarriage? Has anyone experienced this? I’m freaking out.
