BBQ sauce and BLW
I’m planning to make some bbq chicken for dinner tonight and I’m wondering if my son can have some of it? I looked up on dr google and all it said was no because of honey&hfcs. I checked the ingredients in the bbq sauce I plan to use and it does not have either of those ingredients. It does have molasses in it though. I’m just wondering if it’s safe for my son to eat or not.
