Has anyone experienced this after taking bv medication ?

I was on medicine for bv for 5 days then afterwards I started getting a thick white clumpy discharge looks like wet toilet paper...is that a yeast infection? If so I was unaware that one medication for something could give you another infection....thank you just looking for some opinions ...can’t go see my doctor yet

Antibiotics can destroy good bacteria as well as bad or alter your ph, both of which can lead to an overgrowth of yeast

The discharge is usually normal & should go right away... Also One medication can definitely lead to other things going wrong. If you ever have to take antibiotics again eat yogurt daily. You can also take pre of probiotics (I forget which one).
