For postpartum, what did/do you prefer?

I have been trying to watch “what’s in my hospital bag” videos and so far almost everyone seems to rave about the disposable underwear/adult diapers/whatever they’re called. Specifically the Always Discreet Boutique brand. 
Just wondering if they’re worth the YouTube hype

WORTH EVERY FREAKING PENNY. I'm a horribly heavy bleeder. Pads and I are not friends. The disposable panties/diapers are so good at catching everything and they're comfortable. Pads feel bulky and bunch up. And I have more peace of mind sleeping at night and not worrying about leaking!

I liked the mesh underwear and a hospital pad. I came home with lots of both so I was set for the first few weeks before I wore my maternity underwear

Definitely worth it!! I leaked so badly with the pads but i could sit/lie however I wanted with the adult diapers

Adult diapers for sure. I used the always discreet brand. My hospital was so ahead of the game, they actually had some adult diapers for me and not just the giant pads and disposable underwear.

Pads with the mesh undies during the day and diapers at night. Depends diapers worked well!
