4 weeks on Saturday when to schedule a doctor appointment ?!

I could’ve only conceived one day this month since my last period so from my conception date I’ll be 4 weeks Saturday.. too early for a prenatal?

I got blood work done at 4.5 weeks for them to confirm pregnancy and do lots of other testing. 
When I was booking my transvaginal scan they suggested to not go before late 6weeks early 7 weeks because if you go to early you won’t be able to see everything, which sometimes causes women to get nervous and have to go back again to make sure the baby is growing okay. Basically there’s no point in going before 7 weeks!

I'm in Australia. I booked an appointment before missed period (so 3w + 4d) as I had a positive pregnancy test. He send me for bloods to confirm pregnancy then I had first scan at 6weeks.

Most doctors don’t see you until 8-10 weeks I’d call and make an appointment, they’ll tell you when they want you to come in
