Help with Hydration!
I know it’s weird but I cannot stand the smell of water so it’s super hard drinking it. I even have a hard time washing my hands and showering. I’ve tried Gatorade and ginger ale to drink and help with being nauseous but I’ve had to get sick so much after those I can’t stand the taste anymore. Popsicles are also too sweet for me. What other things have you guys done for hydration??? I’m worried because I’ve already had to get iv fluids a couple times, I’m 14 weeks and still REALLY struggling! Thanks in advance!
