Please help! Itchy vagina and watery discharge.

If anyone has experienced this before please help. Since I can’t call my doctor for an appt. Today I started noticed I had watery discharge and a very itchy vagina. Now I don’t have a fishy smell, the best I can describe how it smell is like yogurt. Idk. The itchyness is to the point when I scratch it and now I have blisters in my vagina. Earlier I took antibiotics to the that I’ve already had for bacterial vaginosis and it seemed to calm it down but then now it’s returning again. Could it be BV? I also have herpes and haven’t had an outbreak over 10 years now idk it it could be that
