I’m miscarrying my second baby in 3 months

I lost my son (my first child) in January at 20 weeks, I have started bleeding last night with a few small clots at 6 weeks, this morning there’s blood but no clots. I just want it over with. I’m just so scared I won’t be able to cope anymore. 😭😭
