Miscarriage @ 6 weeks

Just found out I was pregnant on Tuesday. Took 4 tests and all were extremely positive. Had really bad cramping today. Spotting started yesterday. When I was unpacking groceries I had stronger cramping than before. It kind of felt like I needed to poop really bad.. I sat on the toilet for a few seconds and plop. I couldn’t stop crying. Boyfriend is being very gentle and sweet to me. Just really down right now. I have my yearly exam with gyno scheduled in 2 weeks and I cancelled my OB appointment for the 30th of this month. This sucks.
