Symptoms of Hellp?

Hi I’m just looking to see if anyone else has experienced this because I feel really off and don’t see the doctor again till Monday. I’ve been having serious pain under my ribs since around 25 weeks but my blood pressure is always normal. I’m now 35 weeks and have protein in my urine with low platelets but again normal blood pressure. I feel like complete garbage. I’m exhausted. My face is swollen, I’m covered in bruises that I can’t explain. Have light headaches everyday. Did anyone else experience this? I’m worried my doctor is missing something☹️ This is my 3rd baby.
