Fiance not cleaning when he said he would help

Hello!

This isn't the first time I've had issues with my fiance not helping out so today has really annoyed me.

I got my period this weekend and since I'm on birth control I haven't gotten it in a few months.. so it's rough to say the least. Either way, I've been working all weekend and have been in a lot of pain to the point where doing laundry is too much right now. Our washing machine is broken also so we have to take ours to the laundromat.

He told me yesterday that if I pull cash out for quarters, that he will do the laundry on Sunday. (We are really behind on it so it will take a few hours to do.)

I figured that was fair since he paid the last time.

Come to find out that he invited his friend over to game instead. His friend has also been over for the past 5 days and it's been getting very annoying.

I don't want to snap but I feel like I'm about to. I get done with work at 3 and if I come home to it not being at least started, I feel like I'm gonna lose it.

Any advice??
