Advice please!!

I’ve already got a 20 month old little boy and I’ve not been on contraception since he was born as it made me so unwell when I started taking it again.. I log my periods every month as I always forget when I’m due on, and it also helps us to be careful as we weren’t quite ready for another baby with our current son being under 2 years.. however.. this cycle feels different 😳 I’m 11dpo and I have sore/sensitive nipples, I’ve been nauseous for 3 days and I’m also peeing a lot more than normal. AF isn’t due until the 18th (according to my period log) but I remember feeling like this when I found out I was pregnant with my first.. I’ve not tested yet as I’m not ‘due on’ for another 7days according to glow but should I test now?? Or wait??
