I would just go buy cheap prenatals from Walmart Thts what I take. The flint stones won’t hurt anything, but I’d buy the prenatals if you can!

Probably a waste of time if a kids brand. Better to get a cheap multi vitamin for adults at least

I mean, my OB recommended ones with folate, which is found in prenatals. I’m not understanding why an OB would be recommending children’s vitamins, but 🤷🏼‍♀️ I use smarty pants gummies because I was throwing up prenatal pills that I was taking, and they work fine.
