Its a toss up really. I didnt smoke but its like 50/50 baby will be born with complications. You are introducing smoke into your body which is actually lowering oxygen to your baby. 
I have a few friends who smoke during pregnancy and some of them have healthy babies and some of them have babies with complications. 
My drs tell me, does the risk out weigh the  cons? Meaning why do you need it? I take asthma medication to help me breathe but because of that my babies tend to be on the smaller side. I had to take a full 2 weeks of steroids because of illness but I would have gotten much sicker if I hadn't, etc,. 
Are you smoking weed because you want to? Or are you smoking weed to combat hypermesis or maybe even a SEVERE anxiety disorder? Unless you have a VERY good reason to continue to smoke during pregnancy, you should cut it out.

Didn’t mean to click have a healthy baby lol I was trying to scroll a d clicked it on accident but I never smoked I’ve known people who have and didn’t have complications and then I’ve known people to have early births and nicu stays. So honestly not sure

I smoked entire pregnancy with one kido. My cousin did with all 6 of her kids. All of them are healthy .
