Tmi but went to the bathroom 38 weeks pregnant.

Really weird. Just went pee. And nothing out of the ordinary. Wiped saw nothing. But I stood up and saw blood sitting at the bottom of the toilet. So I was like did I miss something? I wiped again front and back and nothing? So how was their blood in the toilet but when I wiped there was nothing? And it wasn't there before. So im so confused.
