Anyone feeling heartburn?

Immediately after meal I have been getting a gastric pain and heartburn. Is this something to be concerned about or anyone has any advice?

Me! I don’t remember it starting this early in my last pregnancy but it’s one of the only symptoms I have right now. Apparently it can start right away. I’m trying to eat smaller meals and not lie down soon after eating which helps a little.

Yes! I had it and acid reflux bad with my daughter. But I dont remember it happening this early but every night it's so bad it wakes me up.... maybe it's more reflux than heartburn idk but it is not fun at 2 am.

This is my first pregnancy and even though I’m super early in my pregnancy I’m bloating and having so much gas and stomach pain from it! I’m going to try to figure out if it’s certain foods.
