Does c-section encourage endometriosis ?

Hi All,

I am currently 37.3 weeks pregnant and scheduled in for a c-section this Friday due to baby being in breech position. This is our first child, I have previously had endometriosis and am afraid that going ahead with the c-section may encourage my endometriosis to come back or to spread outside of the uterus 😕 Also, am not sure if having a c-section at 37.6 weeks is too early? 🤷🏻‍♀️ There are no later dates available to have a c-section and have an appointment with ob tomorrow.
