Cassava Twins... Feedback Please

So I’ve been trying to conceive for a while with no luck and I’ve purchased the cassava twins for this cycle but I’m kind of skeptical in trying new pills...have any of you try it?? If so did it work?? I just want to know your opinions. I’m also taking prenatals. Thank You very much 🧡.
