Bbt stays high bc it’s summertime

I have a problem here in the summertime. I have been tracking my bbt continuously and bc it’s sooo hot my temperature stays high even in my follicular phase. Other than my opk strips I have no way of confirming if I ovulated. Any other suggestions to confirm ovulation?
