Brown discharge

Anyone else having brown discharge during second trimester? 😔 I have had slight cramping but I thought it's the growing pains of the uterus. I know brown discharge can be totally normal and not a sign of anything to worry, but I didn't have this with my first so I'm nervous.

Growing pains are probably still the most likely reason for the cramps, but I can't help not to think something is wrong. 😭 During whole pregnancy I have been having this annoying anxious feeling that I will face bad news.

Luckily I have my first doctor's appointment tomorrow morning so maybe I find some relief after that. 🤪
