18 mo regression advice

Mamas who have been through the 18-month sleep regression... please help! Our little one has never been a great sleeper, however, once we dropped down to one nap he started sleeping through the night. If we let him go longer than an hour and a half he tends to still have one night waking. His schedule has been awake at 7:00, nap 12:30 to 2:00, bed at 7:00. He would nap for 2-3 hours if we let him but then he reliably has night wakings. The past few nights he's been up for 2 to 3 hours in the middle of the night. I am guessing this is the 18-month sleep regression. Should we just stay consistent with what we've been doing? Or let him nap longer and put him to bed later? Help! 🙏🏻
