🩸 Menstrual cup

Hey ✨ I recently purchased a menstrual cup, Size small as I haven’t given birth. Insertion was super easy but removal took me almost 4 visits to the washroom (each visit 15 mins) 😓 .. tons of articles , videos yet no help... can anyone guide me for the same.. i have a high cervix but in India there arent many options available..

Try squatting in the shower; get really wide and as low as possible. You can 'bear down' and that can help. Also, you're most likely tense since you're a new user (I had a ton of trouble in the beginning). Try to remind yourself to relax and take several deep breaths before taking it out (actually this Aldo helps for insertion).
I use the flex cup in both sizes depending on where I'm at with my period. I like the ability to pull on the ring to get it out more easily.

I had the same issue. What helped me was just pretending like I was trying to poop and pushing like that. It activates the muscles that will push it down far enough for you to reach it easily. Just make sure you don’t actually have to poop lol

I would recommend you join a group on facebook that helps everyone with menstrual cup/ and or disc worries. It's called: Put a cup in it
In the meantime I would say if you can relax, get a finger in beside to release the suction and it should ease the pressure to make it easier to come out. As previously mentioned a low squat, in the shower or sitting over the toilet in a wide position can all help too!

Practice your kegels (idk if I spelled that right). I put one of my feet on the toilet & use kegels to push the cup down enough for me to get it with my fingers. I think it was a video from putacupinit.com that taught me that.

Honestly it can be pretty hard sometimes, sometimes it feels like my whole hand is in me just to reach it🤣 I would definitely suggest squatting and trying different positions
