Has anyone had unwanted hair growth (on face or elsewhere) correlated to iud ?

I’m 23 & over the last year have noticed more unwanted hair growth than usual (on nipples and face). I’ve had my IUD in for about 2 years now. I’m wondering if it could be the culprit or could it just be my genetic disposition. It doesn’t make me too self conscious, if anything, it just worries me something might be up hormonally. Has this happened to you?
