I’m 6 weeks today and I just experienced very little pink spotting accompanied by back pain. I just don’t know what to think. I messaged my doctor but I have to wait until the morning to get a response back.

If you get cramping along with the back pain I’d be concerned but light pink blood isn’t normally a concern.
