tongue piercing infection?

Sooo sorry for the gross pictures! I got my tongue pierced 3 days ago and it has this around the piercing, it’s not puss it’s more like skin and i’m so scared if it’s infected! I’m cleaning my tongue just like my piercer told me to use non alcoholic mouth wash very often and after every meal
