What are signs of ectopic pregnancy? I found out today I’m about 4w2d pregnant, give or take (didn’t track ovulation) I have dull aches to the left side and the odd ache here and there on my right side.. I’m only 4 months pp.. (IUD failed to do its job)

I’m so worried about ectopic, this would be my 5th pregnancy with two living children. Never had a problem in the past with pregnancy+ectopics. I’ve always had cramps with every pregnancy but they weren’t localised to both sides they were in the middle like period cramps. I’m having dull cramps left and right side, nothing painful at all, but it’s there, I’ve read it could be your uterus stretching but I’m sure mine will typically be stretched 4 months pp 🥴😬 my question is what are the signs of ectopic pregnancy? Can ectopic pregnancy symptoms be detected before 5w? My HCG was 53 and it doubled in under 24 hours to 110. Doctor was concerned about low hcg so had me retest my beta in any hopes it had a slight rise.
