Baby multi vitamin help

So I ordered this off Amazon and little confused because online it says babies and toddler but in the bottle is says (Toddler) and my baby is 5 months almost six so I’m not gonna give it to him unless it’s safe to and of course I’m gonna ask his doctor but wanted advice.
