Low milk supply
Hey ladies
I am suddenly low of milk supply today. Usually managed to express 70-120ml per feed but today only able to get 30-50ml. I don’t know what causes it? Do you think I will be able to gain back my milk? And should I temporarily give my 1month old baby formula? Do share some tips of how to gain back my milk supply.
