I’ve been on pelvic rest since week 15, continued pelvic rest since my cerclage at 20 weeks, and now I’m on strict bedrest since week 26. Definitely following doctors orders.

Yup for 6 weeks (30 weeks to 36 weeks while on bed rest)...

2 very high risk pregnancies. First shortened cervix at 26 weeks. Second at 16 weeks and had a cerclage at 22 weeks. Never knce was told to not have aex. Just be careful
