so many highs immediately after period?

hi could someone please tell me what this means? my cycle was april 3-6 and i started testing immediately after ending. i know it’s not normal to have this many highs especially so soon but i haven’t been able to get a straight answer from google. pls help!

My mother conceived all six of us plus 2 miscarriages right after her period. She thought she was safe to still be spotting s bit. Turns out those were her high and peak times of the month.
